Air fryer halloumi with cucumber tomato salad

About this recipe

Halloumi in the air fryer gets golden edges without a greasy pan. A cool cucumber tomato salad keeps the plate bright.

Four servings means about 4 ounces of halloumi each plus a generous pile of salad.

Do not overcrowd the basket. Halloumi needs space to brown instead of steam.

Tips
