Air fryer garlic prawns with lemon and paprika

About this recipe

Garlic prawns without standing over a skillet. The air fryer cooks them fast and keeps the garlic from burning in a wet pan.

Two pounds of prawns split four ways makes a solid dinner or lunch plate. Serve with a salad or steamed vegetables if you want more volume.

Dry the prawns well before tossing. Wet prawns steam and stay pale instead of picking up color.
